The Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh unveiled the foundation stone of the Nimoo Bazgo hydel project at Leh and addressed a public meeting. Speaking in Hindi Dr.Manmohan Singh assured the people of all asssitance for the development of the Ladakh region.
