PM's speech at the Chutak Hydel Project - Kargil

The Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh laid the foundation stone of the Chutak hydel project near Kargil. Speaking in Hindi Dr.Manmohan Singh said the project is a step towards ensuring electricity to the people in remote areas in the state.
