PM visits Siachen

The Prime Minister visited the Siachen Base Camp at Parthapur on June 12, 2005. Dr. Manmohan Singh addressed the troops at the Base Camp. Speaking in Hindi the Prime Minister said it was time to make Siachen a symbol of peace.
