Grant to Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan

Grant of Rs. 10.00 crore has been released to Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan for expansion of Gandhi Institute of Computer Education and Information Technology in North-East and tribal areas and Jammu and Kashmir. All 15 centres are operational. The fund is also being utilized for upgradation of the training, increase in the hardware and paraphernalia at the training centres where presently, basic computer training is being imparted.
