PM asks office to think creatively

The Prime Minister met with the Officers of the Prime Minister's Office to discuss the agenda of the government and ways of improving delivery. Prime Minister emphasized the need to rethink systems of monitoring and evaluation. The follow up measures listed to be initiated within the first hundred days and the pending reform of regulatory institutions in the areas of health and education were discussed. Prime Minister reiterated the need to think creatively on the agenda put forward by the government and stressed on the need to be guided by the watchwords of equity, innovation and public accountability in the work of the office.
