PM sanctions ex-gratia for Guwahati blast victims

The Prime Minister while expressing grief over the loss of lives of people in the serial bomb blasts at Guwahati in Assam on 1st January has sanctioned an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakhs each to the next of kin of those deceased and Rs 1 lakh each to the seriously injured from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.
