PM appoints Dr. Raghuram Rajan as Honorary Economic Adviser

Dr. Raghuram G. Rajan, Professor of Finance, University of Chicago has been appointed Honorary Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister. Dr. Rajan will hold the rank and status of Secretary to the Government of India.
