PM greets the Nation on the Id-Ul-Fitr

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, has greeted the Nation on the joyous occasion of Id-Ul-Fitr. In a message, the Prime Minister said that Id-Ul-Fitr which falls at the end of the holy month of Ramadan, symbolises compassion, brotherhood and the spirit of sharing. 'May this festival strengthen our resolve to spread peace, harmony and mutual tolerance among the people of our country', Dr. Singh added.
