The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh has written to Pakistan Peoples Party leader Benazir Bhutto and President Musharraf.The Prime Minister has conveyed his condolences on the loss of lives in the Karachi blasts and condemned terrorism and extremism in all its forms.
