PM greets the Nation on the eve of Raksha Bandhan

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, has greeted citizens in India and abroad on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, which is being celebrated on August 28.

In a message, the Prime Minister has said, "the festival is a special occasion to celebrate the bond of love between brother and sister. It also marks a re-affirmation of traditional family values."
