PM speaks to Assam CM on bomb blasts and flood situation

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh spoke to the Chief Minister of Assam regarding the bomb blasts and the flood situation. The Prime Minister conveyed his condolences to families of dead and also condemned the attack. He expressed his sympathies for flood-affected people. The Central Government has offered to extend all help.
