PM approves wage board for working Journalists

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, has approved the constitution of a Wage Board for Working Journalists. Formal orders regarding this will be issued shortly by the Union Labour Ministry. Working Journalists may be re-assured that the Prime Minister has fulfilled the assurance he had given them when they had called on him last year.
