PM speaks to Chief Ministers regarding flood situation

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh spoke to the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Orissa regarding the flood situation. He offered the Government of India's help in relief. The Army has been kept on standby for rescue and relief.
