PM condoles the passing away of the Emir of Kuwait

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh expressed his sorrow and grief at the passing away of the Emir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, a friend of India and the Indian people.

The Prime Minister conveyed his condolences to the people of Kuwait who have lost a wise and sagacious ruler, who will be missed by all.
