PM's condolence message on the passing way of Gyani Sant Singh Maskin

The Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh deeply mourns the passing away of Gyani Sant Singh Maskin and sends his condolences to his family , and congregations in India and abroad.

The Gyani was an exemplary preacher and an epitome of wisdom gathered from deep study of scriptures of many religions, and writings of saints of the Bhakti movement. The congregations in India and abroad were avid followers of his enlightened discourses.

A true son of India he practiced a rich secular tradition, endowed with wisdom of Guru Granth Sahib, Bhagavad Gita, Quran, Guru Ravidas, Sheikh Farid, Sant Kabir, Bhai Gurudas and other saints and scholars.

Bestowed with the title " Pant Rattan" the Gyani was sincerely loved, and his absence will be deeply felt. The PM hopes that the path of this visionary will be followed by his devotees and others by following his wisdom in their daily lives.
