PM condemns Patna blasts

The Prime Minister has condemned the blasts in Patna and called for urgent steps to identify and take action against those responsible. He appealed to the people to maintain peace and calm. Dr. Manmohan Singh spoke to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to enquire about the situation and call for immediate and firm action. He also assured the Chief Minister of all central assistance in the investigations.
