PM congratulates President-elect Rowhani of Iran

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has congratulated President-elect Mr. Hasssan Rowhani of Iran on his election. The Prime Minister in his congratulatory message said  India and Iran enjoy deep historical  and civilizational links, which have provided a strong foundation for our broad-based  and mutually beneficial relationship. He said we look forward to strengthening this relationship further and harnessing its enormous potential in the coming years.
