PM greets the Nation on Id-ul-Zuha

The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, has greeted the nation on the auspicious occasion of Id-ul-Zuha.

In a message, the Prime Minister said that Id-ul-Zuha is a festival celebrating the spirit of submission to the will of God. The festival reminds us of the importance of charity and sacrifice. On this occasion we should reaffirm our resolve to  strengthen the bonds of brotherhood.

"May Id-ul-Zuha this year usher in happiness and prosperity for all," the Prime Minister added.
