The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh condemns the militant kidnappings in Assam as an act of cowardice and inhumanity and condoles the death of Cement Corporation of India official Kailash Nath Jha who died of a cardiac arrest on being kidnapped by militants in the state.
