The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh has expressed anguish and grief over loss of lives on Samjhauta Express near Panipat early this morning. In a message the Prime Minister said "culprits will be caught". He conveyed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
