PM greets Nation on Buddha Purnima

The Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Budha Purnima.

In a message, Shri Vajpayee said that Lord Budha showed humanity the path to virtuous life and attainment of salvation. The day is a timely reminder of the noble virtues of non-violence, brotherhood, love and compassion espoused by Lord Budha, which provide the inner strength to work for the common good of all, Shri Vajpayee added.
